Research shows that any (ANY!) individual will exhibit emotional, cognitive and behavioral troubles when submitted to enough stress. So the issue is not if, but when and how. Stress affects us at all levels: health, work, family and social relationships, sleeping and eating - and the list can go on. So, how do you adjust the software of your life to avoid the negative effects of stress?
We are wired to seek togetherness: how else would we be able to develop as individuals? Togetherness, however, comes with a price. And interestingly enough, we pay for togetherness with individual freedom.

Anxiety is a pervasive, diffuse feeling of being nervous or worried. Sometimes the anxious person feels trapped, and becomes jittery or angry. Whether more or less intense, anxiety is a very complex emotion and needs to be addressed by a professional.
